Sesame Stick Cookies with Rice Flour
This simple snack features the aroma of sesame and a flaky texture.
If you are allergic to butter and other dairy products, substitute the fat with sesame or coconut oil, and the cow’s milk with coconut, soy, or almond milk.
All rice flour is naturally gluten-free. Make this dish completely gluten-free by using gluten-free substitutes for other ingredients as needed.
|⅔ cup (100g)||rice flour|
|½ cup (50g)||almond flour|
|2½ tablespoons (20g)||corn starch|
|¼ cup (50g)||sugar|
|¼ cup (60ml)||sesame oil|
|2⅔ tablespoons (40ml)||soy milk|
|1 tablespoon (10g)||black sesame|
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, combine rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, and sugar. Add sesame oil, soy milk, and sesame. Combine well and form a ball.
Roll out to a thin sheet. Cut into slices.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
