Sesame Stick Cookies with Rice Flour

This simple snack features the aroma of sesame and a flaky texture.

Tips:

Ingredients

⅔ cup (100g) rice flour

½ cup (50g) almond flour

2½ tablespoons (20g) corn starch

¼ cup (50g) sugar

¼ cup (60ml) sesame oil

2⅔ tablespoons (40ml) soy milk

1 tablespoon (10g) black sesame

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, and sugar. Add sesame oil, soy milk, and sesame. Combine well and form a ball.

  3. Roll out to a thin sheet. Cut into slices.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
