Sesame Stick Cookies with Rice Flour

Ingredients
⅔ cup (100g) | rice flour |

2½ tablespoons (20g) | corn starch |

¼ cup (60ml) | sesame oil |

2⅔ tablespoons (40ml) | soy milk |

1 tablespoon (10g) | black sesame |

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, combine rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, and sugar. Add sesame oil, soy milk, and sesame. Combine well and form a ball.
Roll out to a thin sheet. Cut into slices.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
